Project management as the coordination of people, processes, and information to achieve desired goals has become a core competency required for performing oversight functions on constituency projects by legislators and by  public administrators, therefore, this capacity development training/workshop provides participants with training in the key elements of effective project management in performing key oversight functions on all government/public projects and keeping government accountable, including the use of modern dash board to track constituency projects, team building, priority setting, scheduling, resource management, communication, and project implementation and completion. Also, the event will bring together members of the State Assembly, other Government Representatives in attendance with their Canadian counterparts, technology experts, prospective investors and Nigerians in the diaspora willing to invest in Nigeria.
